Two years into my college career, I was asked to move to the systems administration team to assist with day to day operations such as maintaining active directory, physical servers, and other systems. I also worked on the various networks implemented around the campus.

My final year was spent assisting any full time IT department that needed help. This included faculty / staff desktop support, systems administration, and network management. I was also given the title of lead student technician and helped manage the other IT student workers.
