VP, Finance and Administration Managed and developed a team of two financial support staff Facilitated the merger of five Combined Federal Campaigns resulting in one Statewide campaign that raised $400,000 annually Managed various annual State and Federal Grants totaling in excess of $100,000 in annual revenue Lead effort that resulted in a $2.24 million dollar endowment gift, the largest gift to date Developed and managed $2-$3M budget process, keeping the organization in a sound financial position.
