Provide leadership to newly created cross-functional Internal Assessment Center of Excellence team that enhances coordination of assessments across all of GE Aviation. Developed new Conflict of Interest questionnaire for all GE employees, including officers and directors. Resolved 2311 past due Conflicts of Interest questionnaire issues resulting in a 68% YoY decrease of past dues

Advised senior leaders in numerous transactions with key strategic partners, customers, and suppliers ranging from engine leasing and consignment agreements to services transactions and materials deals. Managed two paralegals as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act focal point. Integral member of cross-business team that standardized agreements for engaging independent third parties.

Delivered $67M of backlog in new solutions by working closely with GE`s fuel and carbon services` customers to develop win-win language and structures.

Executed Aviation's first Business & General Aviation OnPoint for the TechX engine which will result in $240M of gross revenue over 10 years and was in 2011, the largest single bizjet OnPoint ever signed.

Drafted and negotiated a 10 year extension of a Global Branded Service Agreement with one of Aviation`s German partner`s that helped advance the strategic customer / GE relationship and resulted in a $15M gain to the business.

Collaborated with multiple organizations to close a three year negotiation for maintenance, repair and overhaul services with a French company.

Supported the GE Aviation Business Development team in acquisitions, including the purchase of a Canadian fuel and carbon management consulting services business which was a strategic addition to GE Aviation`s portfolio of product and service offerings.
