04/2009 present Regional Manager Voice and Data Services Lexington, Ky.

Responsible for the overall management of both voice and network services for 15 hospitals and numerous clinics, in the states of Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas. Responsibilities include all Medical Center and Clinical project installations, service installations, service maintenance activities and all LAN and WAN service connectivity. Areas of responsibility include the wired network infrastructure, the wireless network infrastructure, all Cisco switch and routing equipment (including wireless controllers), all voice switching equipment, voicemail systems, telephones and wireless telephones.

St. Johns Regional Medical Center

04/2007 04/2009 Director Technical Services Joplin, Missouri

Responsible for the overall management of the Technical Services Division including Network Services,

I.S. Help Desk, Telecommunications and Communications. Oversee the planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling of services and activities of the department. Responsibilities include all operating servers, computer hardware, data storage, picture archiving (PACS), data network platforms, security and electronic messaging over Local Area, Wide Area and Wireless networks. Help Desk responsibilities include Desktop and software support for approximately 1800 workstations and 900 printers. Telecommunications provides switch and phone support for over 3500 IP, digital and wireless phones.

10/1998 04/2007 Director Telecommunications Services Joplin, Missouri

Responsible for the overall management of the Telecommunications Services Department. Oversaw the day-to-day management of the Telecom technical staff and the PBX Communications customer service staff. Responsibilities included 23 telephone systems, 3500 IP, digital and wireless phones, all voice/data network platform, fire alarm system, overhead paging system, pocket paging system, customer support and training.

Also responsible for PBX department operators who answer about 4500 calls daily and are first line of customer service for the organization.

Oklahoma Gas and Electric

1993-1998 Telecommunications Manager Oklahoma City, Ok.

Responsible for the overall management of all corporate telecommunications and wide-area network services. Provided administrative support, technical support, and personnel supervision for a staff of 12 employees. Primary technical responsibilities included 11 telephone systems, 9 LANs, 9 WANs, a 53 node Oasys Scada Network, telemetry communications for 1700 Electronic Flow Meters.

GTE Data Systems

1989-1993 Sr. Systems Engineer San Angelo, TX.

Responsibilities covered installation and maintenance of all data communications for GTE Data Services in support of the Regional Southwest Operations Center. Network types included: LAN, WAN, X.25, Async, Bisync, SDLC, HDLC, and SNA. Equipment responsibilities included transmission equipment, muxes, fibermuxes, cluster controllers, front-end processors, and video teleconferencing equipment.

GTE Telephone Systems

1986 1989 Supervisor of Operations Los Angeles, Ca.

Responsibilities included overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of over 4000 business lines within a GTE Central office. Our service included voice, data, audio, video, and facsimile offerings. Defined and supported service levels to provide quality service and meet customer satisfaction. Supervised and trained a staff of 15 people, all in support of the Central Office Maintenance.

Installed and maintained the above mentioned communication systems in a central telephone office. Technical responsibilities ranged from central office fiberoptic and microwave transmission equipment to the customers terminal equipment.
