Tasks included: preparing the BPO for the bank and upon assignment of the listing, carefully monitor the property and process the file, often starting with the eviction process, setting up utilities, marketing the property for sale, negotiating the offer and closing the escrow.
More recently, I have represented many short sales and pre-foreclosure sales with a 95% success rate. Several of the distress sales took six months to a year to close, requiring a tremendous amount of patience and follow-up.
