In 1987 promoted to Technical Operations Manager of 120,000 subs, grown from 30,000 subs in 1987 through aggressive acquisitions which added the towns of Katy, Sugarland and Humble, with the existing Spring property, virtually surrounding the city of Houston.
Managed 4 separate teams totaling 75 technicians, 32 Maintenance techs, 4 supervisors with 4 separate stand-alone head ends.
Managed all Technical Operations including Installation, Service, Maintenance, Warehouse & Purchasing, Training, Budgeting, MTOR and Fleet. Also hired and managed fulfillment contractors as needed.
