Production process –
Working with sales department to ensure plant equipment, production tooling, substrate material, training, and
personnel combine to produce client’s individual orders on time with quality, at minimal cost. Trouble shoot issues
related to equipment and production quality.
Managed a workforce and facility which included training, discipline and workplace manpower requirements distribution
based on production volume.
Quality control –
Managed and oversaw compliance to combine with client’s ISO requirements and overall improvement in production
quality.
Health and Safety-
In conjuction with an internal responsibility system committee and Ministry of Labor workplace safety auditors managed and
oversaw employees daily compliance with safe workplace procedures such as WHMIS, Loeb Packaging’s health and safety
manual, and all individual equipment safety procedures .
Equipment/Maintenance-
Equipment purchasing in line with sales requirements and new production process requirements. Overseeing projects,
and hiring of outside contractors for machinery installations and trades.
