ACHIEVEMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Settlements Lead for a project that successfully prepared TXU Energy Trading for the conversion from a regulated market to a deregulated market. Contributions included the development and implementation of natural gas and power systems with interfaces to the GL, policies, accounting, accounts payable/accounts receivable processes and risk management. Represented TXU at the Electric Reliability Council of Texas for settlements which included the power plant fleet of 18,000 mwh. Hired and trained 30 accounting employees and managed various work teams.

Served on a four person leadership team that re-engineered a retail electric provider that realized $60 million in EBITDA annually by that 59 employee publically traded company. Provided flexibility to the executive management of First Choice Power by developing and implementing strategic operational and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes while providing the infrastructure for internal and external regulatory and SOX compliance. Accomplished perfect audit results during my tenure.

Achieved zero Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable balances on over $1 billion in monthly billings.

Developed customer service and marketing/sales processes causing Five Point Power to achieve perfect customer service metrics at the Public Utility Commission of Texas during my tenure. Added 9,000 customers with Lakewood Church (Joel Osteens ministry) being the largest customer added.
