In Trident: Worked from May 2004 to May 2009 with Abhishek Industries

Limited (Paper & Chemical Division), Barnala (Punjab) as Officer/Shift In-

Charge - QC & Process in various plants of Trident Group like Sulphuric

Acid, Soda Recovery, Cogeneration, Pulp and Paper

Present Employer: At present I am working as Executive Shift Incharge QC

with Star Paper Mills Ltd., Saharanpur since September 10, 2009.

Job Responsibility

Pulp

Supervision and monitoring of Pulp and Quality parameters during various

stages of process and give feed back to concerned persons regarding any

deviation.

Paper

Supervision to ensure manufacture of good quality paper by monitoring of

pulp quality addition of chemicals at stock preparation and monitoring of

standard parameters of paper manufactured and final inspection after

converting in Reels/sheets in Finishing House.

Input Material: Ensure quality of all inputs (Fibrous and Non Fibrous) like

Caustic Lye, Quick Lime, Soda Stone Powder. Hydrochloric Acid, Aluminium

Hydrate, Dyes, Wheat Straw, Soft Wood Pulp, and Fuels like Coal, Rice Husk.

Furnace oil as per standard specification and evaluation of new vendor and

give feed back to purchase department.

Special Assignments : Lab. Experiments/trials for process and product

developments.

ERP/SAP: To maintain QC data in ERP.

Supervision: Management of manpower in QC, guide & trained subordinators

for smooth functioning of the department.
