03/2008 – 12/11 Store Manager. I have been the Manager of this store since its inception. I recruited my team and we collectively rolled out the new store. I made sure inspections were done with correct work permits, then received the initial shipments and set up the store for opening. I have continued to maintain my payroll, kept my shrink to below 1%, and completed all paperwork on time, receiving above average monthly visit audit reports from my District Manager. 06/2004 - 03/2008 GAP, INC. (Santa Monica, CA)

Operations Manager. This is a Flagship store. Recruited and trained a staff of 160 employees, completed weekly schedules and ensured shipment was processed and placed correctly on the floor before opening each shipment day. Responsible for maintaining the cash room, ordering weekly change and ensuring any register discrepancies were logged and maintained daily.
