Role: Component Developer
Analyze, design and develop the system integration that will be required with
OpenCI and Tibco based upon architectural prototypes provided by the
Architecture and Development Support sub-project; Analyze, document and assist
the OpenCI Integration. Analyze, design and develop the post-Service Request
submission workflow associated with Customer Service Requests, Internal Service
Requests and Groom Requests including jeopardy and exception conditions
handling.

OPTIx is a tool enable WCG to control and customize its Service Delivery process
and functions and to consolidate its Network Inventory data. This n-tier system
to replace following existing systems: MetaSolvs Telecom Business Solutions
(TBS), Visionaels NetDesign, PVC Tracker, TrunkMaster, Williams Plain Old
Provisioning System (POPS), and ORION. I am responsible designing the Class
diagrams for the given Use cases. Developing Business Components and Data
Components and implementing the Business Logic as per the class model, and
designing the Class diagrams for the given Use cases.
