Worked closely with production to maintain work instructions to insure that best know practices were up to date and being followed

Determined control limits through experimentation which lead to qualification procedure and OCAPs for existing processes.

Worked closely with research and development to design, develop, and deploy a new emitter that yielded an increase of 0.25 mean cell efficiency. This resulted in $3.1 million in additional revenues.

Conceptualized and worked with IT to develop an automated tuning software that compensated for chemical consumption.
