of numerous proposals to the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and the State

of Ohio. Efforts resulted in the winning of a

subcontract from General Research Corporation to work on an

important U.S. Air Force program. Due to cutbacks in DoD

funding, this contract was not funded and the company was not

profitable.
