n Integrated the First
Chicago on line banking system and the Bank One banking system in a five (5)
month time frame.
n Lead efforts that
reduced online banking response time from an average of 50 seconds to an
average of 12 seconds.
n Manage the
development, support and enhancement of the Bank One Corporate web site,
Internet Bank and PFM (Personal Financial Management) systems.
n Manage technology
groups in Columbus OH, Chicago IL and Troy MI.
n Manage vendor
relationships with outsource technology firms.
n Assisted in the
Architecture of the continued implementation Bank One WEB based products
(including real time account open and instant loan approval).
n Assist in the
architecture, design and implementation of the Bank One Retail Platform (common
infrastructure designed to facilitate communication and shared processing
between multiple discrete backend systems and facilitate a single customer
experience from all channels).
n Co-authored (with IBM
and Integrion) the Bill Presentment GOLD message set. The GOLD Bill
Presentment message set was modeled after the OFX in order to foster an open
approach toward Bill Presentment (see http://www.ofx.net
).
n Designed Developed
and implemented the first web site to support Bill Presentment via the GOLD
message set.

coordinate the efforts of ten (10) software engineers to develop, implement and

Position Highlights
n Project lead for the
design, development and implementation of the CheckFree E-Bill engine (Deliver
bills electronically via the Internet). Design the back end system to support
business requirement. Supervised development of the first World Wide Web client
to support Bill Presentment and Bill Payment in an integrated environment.
This product was nominated by the 1997 Computer World Smithsonian awards for
Innovative Use of Technology (see http://innovate.si.edu
).
n Co-authored (with
Microsoft and Intuit) the Bill Presentment chapter of the OFX (Open Financial
Exchange and related technical documents (DTD s). OFX (see http://www.ofx.net ) is an SGML bases protocol
to support financial transaction processing.
n Designed, developed
and implemented the first OFX server to support Bill Presentment.
n Manage the support
and enhancement of the Account Balance Transfer system, processing 15-35
million Dollars daily.

Automotive Dealer. This system grew to be the company s primary product. The
sale and support of this product supported an office of ten people.
