* Interim HR/Safety Manager to assist management in resolving worker`s comp claims, accidents, grievance issues, update benefit plans, employee relations, improve recruitment, and developed a return-to-work procedure, and conducted 3-shift safety training.

* Created the policy and procedures for termination and outplacement for employees for the proposed plant shut down. Traveled to three western region lumber mills.
