aa JCaaas 5-Star Outlets: When JCPenneyaaas outlet stores were purchased by a corporation, the name was changed to JCaaas 5-Star Outlet. To prevent shopper confusion, a multi-city media outreach (where JCPenneyaaas outlets were affected) was conducted to reassure the public that the JCPenneyaaas outlet store that they were comfortable with was going to be the same: aaASame quality, different name.aa The client expected five media placements per demographic; the client was beyond satisfied when not only did the major newspaper outlets cover the name change, but some areas produced news segments that aired on local ABC/CBS/FOX/NBC affiliates.
