Work Experience:

Working as a Realtor in the selling and leasing requirements. I have also worked as a Reservations Agent and Customer Service Representative with Continental Airlines in their OnePass program for over 12 years.

February 2004- Date: Trend Setter Realty: Real Estate Agent. I have been working with buyers, sellers and renters in finding them the right kind of property they are interested in. Most of my clients are repeat or referrals.

May 1995 - September 2006: Continental Airlines - Worked as a Reservation Agent and helped customers with setting up their itineraries and vacation plans. As reservation agent I also helped customers find the lowest fares and best routes for their trips. Other duties included confirming reservations, flight changes and re-booking passengers when flights were cancelled or delayed. Also worked as a Customer Service Representative in their OnePass frequent flyer program. Helped members resolve their problems and maintained their accounts and reservations.

February 1990 - January 2004: Worked as Realtor with ERA Metro, Century 21, and RE/MAX. I have established a good reputation as a Realtor in the local Indian and Asian communities and am well known in the business circle. .

Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi and Gujarati.

Educational Background:

Graduate of the University of Karachi with a BS degree.

Relevant Skills: Can type 45 words per minute. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Have the ability to make logs for Customer service, email clients and do follow-ups. Good telephone etiquette.
