Work Experience:
Interaction Design Intern, Blackbaud Summer 2012
I worked on various projects to help improve the user experience of Blackbaud's software products. I
conducted a complete heuristic evaluation of one of their major platforms, encompassing two of their
biggest products. This project outlined current issues in the system, where those problems stemmed from,
and potential solutions. I compiled, organized, and presented my data findings and designs to various
branches of the company. Additionally, I worked on several design projects that helped solve problems
with current features and functionality. Throughout all of my projects, I spoke with several clients,
facilitated usability tests, prototyped low and high fidelity designs, and engaged in several design
critique sessions pertaining to both my work and others as well.
