Over 20 years FOH experience. Outgoing personality, Old fashioned work ethic, great attention to detail and last but not least INTEGRITY. That's what you get when you hire experience and passion. I'm NOT a kid, I'm not skinny! That seems to be what everyone wants these days! Now really? In South Florida in snow bird season, is that really what you want? I can deal with and understand the older folks in this area and make them feel like they are welcome and appreciated. Making them want to return often and that goes right to the bottom line.

I have had my own restaurant in the past, but more recently have been in management in national chain full service restaurant and bars. Hiring (the right people from the start, saves money down the road) training, inventory, ordering and customer service passion.

I have no restrictions in my hours or days I can work. I PREFER working nights, beat that. I LOVE working in "the biz". Would love a FOH or dining room manager position, but would be very happy as a HOST, managing your door, keeping guests, servers and owners happy all at the same time.
