Responsible for the strategy and product management of AT&T's enterprise mobility portfolio: specifically AT&T's mobile middleware offers/partners (MAD, MEAP, MCAP, RIA), and Mobile Device & Application Management Strategy (MDM & MAM). Responsibilities include identification and on-boarding of new partners/offers, creation of new business models, life cycle management, and internal integration/partnership with AT&T Consumer Mobility, AT&T Security, and AT&T Hosting and Applications Services. Responsible for delivering ~$50M in annual billed revenue to AT&T.

Executive Director, Enterprise Business Development May 2007- March 2010

Responsible for creation and deployment of a new and emerging mobile application services for enterprise customers. Specifically responsible for offer creation, deployment, marketing, sales training/incentives, product management, and integration into core product lines. Responsible for developing internet eServicing and eCommerce capabilities and value added services for AT&T consumers. Major responsibilities included: overhauling AT&T`s consumer internet platform to a world-class production hosting facility with disaster recovery, scaling hardware and software with off the shelf products to meet AT&T`s consumer web needs (6M-24M users), selection and deployment of a new inbound email platform, selection and deployment of a new content management application for both the commerce and care sites delivering near real-time content change abilities and reduced development costs, development and delivery of AT&T Consumers DSL web experience, internet appliance planning. Job involved strong understanding of regulatory and state PUC issues, current and future regional competitive landscape (local, long distance, wireless), national and regional strategy development, local network infrastructure and connectivity costs/options, operations support systems development, cellular and PCS structure/opportunities, consumer needs and perceptions, utilization/testing/deployment of new technology, development of new partnerships and bundled offers, and expansion into mobility and broadband offers. Management and leadership of a 250+ member team and a budget >$1M per day.

On-Line & Internet Offer Marketing Manager October 1995 - March 1996

Responsible market planning, development and management for the Professional Segment. Primary responsibilities for internet offers and offers to data enabled households. Long distance wireless equal access product manager for $143M 1993 AT&T revenue stream. Required product strategy & planning, along with the management of product life cycles, product teams, 68% market share, and profit and loss statements. Also responsible for key unit cost reduction initiatives involving network redesign, call message recording development, and new billing systems. Over ten years these projects accounted for approximately $85M in pre-tax NPV to AT&T.

Development manager for the Voice Access Calling project: a new calling card service incorporating state of the art Bell Labs speech recognition and verification technologies. Direct response to a similar Sprint product.
