Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM) Sense and Warn program.
- As theater lead, I was in charge of a team of 4 Subject Matter Experts and 4 Technicians throughout the combat zone
in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
- Completed daily task reports and spreadsheets, maintaining up-to-date information on the team s locations throughout the
combat zone, and a detailed status on all tasks and open trouble-tickets.
- Maintained strict communication with the project and program managers operating state-side, and kept them up-to-date on
all tasks and team concerns on a daily basis.
- As the lead Subject Matter Expert, I was the regional go-to engineer for any and all support regarding non-mission capable
(NMC) equipment for all military and government bases throughout Iraq.
- Worked directly with enlisted and high level U.S. Army Officers to coordinate surveying, testing, and installation of mission
essential equipment throughout theater.
- Planned and presented detailed documentation regarding the installation and coverage of said equipment to military and
DoD officials.

procedures (SOP s).
