I handled all loss mitigation loans for the Middle District of Florida, Nevada Bankruptcy District, Eastern District of California, District of Texas and other escalations as requested by management. I was also one of only two Bankruptcy Process Support specialists who handled loss mitigation loans for the McCalla Raymer Pilot Program based for the state of Georgia. Additionally, I assisted with training of new negotiators throughout their on- boarding to the team and also perform for all QC for a team of twelve Process Support specialists. I conducted numerous Live Meeting training sessions on step by step procedure for how to review and create a loan modification offer, how to QC a loan and push documents to third party vendor for doc processing, and also on how Process Support associates are to complete the newly enhanced SMART underwriting checklist. I drafted the step by step procedures in addition to conducting these training sessions.
