I handle all orientation and on- boarding for our new teammates, and manage the files and payroll information for our current teammates. I am the direct contact for all vendors, guest relations issues, and management needs. My position is critical to the operation of Maggianos. I advise our GM and Exec Chef on proper allocation of labor hours and expenses, enter Mid Month, and End of Month reports regarding all financial happenings of our location. I manage hourly teammates and my personal assistant.
