Leads and directs the praise and worship team (band and vocals) every Sunday service. Leads and directs the musical component of other ministries, outreach activities and special events. Assumes the role of pastor and mentor to members of the worship team. Through Scripture teaching, helps the worship team know and understand God's perspective on worship. In prayer, seeks God's direction and heart for leading the congregation in worshiping Him in spirit and in truth. Intercedes for members of the worship team - that each one would continue to walk humbly with God, in total obedience to His teachings and principles.

(Bethany Family Worship Center is a small start-up church, and most of the key responsibilities fell on the senior pastor's plate.)

Cast the God-given vision for the church and equipped and inspired the congregation to help carry it out. Preached and taught the Word of God and directed the worship services. Provided leadership in outreach and evangelism while developing a vision to reach the unchurched for Christ. Set the spiritual tone and direction for the ministries of the church. Provided spiritual nurture and equipping for the staff, lay leadership and congregation. Promoted the spiritual growth of the members and encouraged their involvement in ministry. Administrated church programs. Introduced and implemented the concept of servant evangelism targeting the senior citizens, building a positive image for the church in the process. Skillfully led blended and contemporary worship with sons (who play drums and base guitar) under the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Initiated partnership efforts with the neighborhood association. This initiative helped reverse the association's perspective that religious organizations isolate themselves from their communities.

Together with the elders, initiated the purchase of an adjacent property, which was used to host many activities for fellowship and evangelism. The property was recently converted into a parsonage. Led the repair and beautification of the once rundown church, turning it into an attractive place of worship inside and out. The most common feedback we got from the community whenever we did outreach was, "You did a great job fixing that small church and adding value to the community."

Encouraged members to open their houses for small group ministry.

Encouraged the church to be mission-minded and financially support a missionary family in Indonesia.

A 10-year period of remarkable personal growth as a pastor and worship leader. Pioneered and led three different churches to spiritual and numerical growth. Mobilized members and volunteers for evangelism and outreach work in the community. Established numerous Bible study home groups. Established prayer for each church as a primary source of individual and corporate spiritual growth. For two years led and developed the early-morning prayer meetings for one of the rural churches. Formed three praise bands composed of out-of-school youths. Recorded and produced three albums of original contemporary and crossover Christian songs. Facilitated seminars on drug prevention in partnership with local government agencies. Developed a succession plan for two of the three churches. Participated in a national Christian movement that worked closely with local and national government agencies to promote the voice of Christianity on various sociopolitical issues.

Started as a custodian and gradually saw God's promotion to various roles, such as evangelism coordinator, care/cell group leader, worship instrumentalist.

Handled home Bible studies for members and their neighbors. Led and coordinated park and prison evangelism, ministry to the "undesirables" in the red light district of Manila, and mission trips to remote villages.

Actively participated in all-night prayer meetings, church seminars and other training opportunities.

PERSONAL

Dani has been married to Rez Gopez-Sindac since 1987. They are blessed with four children: Isaac Israel (19), Dan Jordan (17), Danille Genesis (11), and Remille Kaleb (10).

Rez is the senior writer and editor at Food for the Hungry . Prior to this, she was the editor of Church Executive magazine, a ministry resource for mega churches. She and our minor children have recently become U.S. citizens. The Sindacs came to America from the Philippines in 2001.

Dani and Rez, with their sons, have recorded in Phoenix a worship CD of original praise and worship songs. Their band is called House of Dani (www.houseofdani.org).

Dani is often asked to lead worship and prayer at various churches. Currently, Dani has spiritual oversight over five independent churches in the Philippines.
