I am currently seeking a career change in the management/recruiting/contract cleaning field. I have 20 yrs management experience in the janitorial industry, 2 yrs in the staffing industry and I am a self starter and highly motivated. I do possess a valid drivers license, drug free and can pass a criminal background check. please review my attached resume. Mu current position is general manager for a contract cleaning company. I oversee 200+ employees, 70 commercial properties and maintain the day to day operations of the business. Salary is 55k per year with company cell phone and mileage reimbursement. No benefits. Willing to negotiate salary based on job vs benefits.
