Implant Design and Analysis Suite (IDAS): A software suite realizing different modules for automated three dimensional bone analyses and transforming analysis results into orthopedic prosthesis design. These modules include statistical atlases, automated measurements, and CAD interfaces.

Intelligent Cartilage System (iCS): Software suite realizing set of integrated modules for generation of patient specific bone and cartilage models, preoperative preplanning and generation of cutting guides for total knee

arthroplasty.

Deformable Template Implant (DAT): Design and development of methods and algorithms for analyzing knee geometry of different ethnical and gender groups, Patient specific implants generation and CAD interfaces.

National institute of justice grant for enhancement of sex estimation using skull: Design and development of methods and algorithms for semi-automatic segmentation of skull CT, Skull statistical atlas and automated 3D measurements for crania sexing.

National institute of justice grant for Enhancement Facial Reconstruction: Design and development of methods and algorithms for measuring bone and skin thickness and finding areas of highest correlation between them.

Gender Hip Stem: Design and development of methods and algorithms for automated 3D landmarking of proximal femora, placement of hip stems according to different philosophies, analyzing the change in the shape of proximal femur and bone quality with the progress of osteoporosis.

Gender specific knee: Design and development of methods and algorithms for automated 3D landmarking of Femur and analyzing femoral shape differences between gender.

Upper extremity trauma plates: Design and development of methods and algorithms for trauma plate design from patient specific anatomy.

Unilateral tibial plate design: Design and development of methods and algorithms for modifying lateral tibial plate profile to be more anatomical friendly.
