* Program Manager for the Space and Missile Defense Initiatives Support (SMDIS) contract valued in excess of $395M. Oversee 30 plus competed/directed tasks that include: support of the Army Staff and the Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC), support the operations of the SMDC battle lab and the GMD user lab, Space Planning and Requirements for ARSTRAT and GMD SETA support at Fort Bliss and Colorado Springs. The latest award fee period earned nearly 97% of award pool dollars for the Team ($2.1M).

* Won the Army Test Command solicitation at Ft Hood. Hired and managed the nine DFI employees of the Operational Test Command in Killeen, TX, interfaced with the Prime (RAM) and dealt with the government as necessary. Served as the Program Manager for the ITAC contract at Ft. Bliss and interfaced with the director of the battle lab, directed Digital Fusion's 10 employees and coordinated the actions of our two subcontractors.

* US Army program manager of aviation stationing in Europe the (UH-60) Blackhawk fielding (6 aviation battalions - 1200 plus soldiers and over $500M in equipment). This included responsibility of the programmatic associated with stationing efforts, the stationing plans, re-stationing actions and interaction with the German federal and state officials concerning use or joint use of host nation facilities. Also, was the proponent and responsible for all programmatic actions relating to USAREUR Army airfields, heliport and helipads; staff proponent for development of wartime utilization plans by all services of US Army aviation; and developed the USAREUR staff position on NATO and MCA (over $30M) projects for Army aviation in Europe.

* As a senior military analyst in support of the Missile Defense Directorate, I developed an operational concept for the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense Independent Assessment Panel.

* Evaluated the CONOPS development process for J5 USSPACE and JTAMDO to include the operational architecture review for battle management at the Test bed. Provided an analytical review of the Contingency Defensive Operations (CDO) / Emergency Operations (EO) architecture configuration and identified concerns/issues for the Program Director GMD to contemplate in shaping development efforts for Integrated Missile Defense.

* As Chief, Exercise Branch (J-3) Allied Forces Southern Europe and its six Principle Subordinate Commands, Naples, Italy, I took a dysfunctional exercise branch, provided direction, reenergized a demoralized multi- national staff, and molded them into a cohesive, focused element. Coordinated, as chief of operations, the first international exercise with both Greece and Turkey participating for the first time together.
