My name is Dana Bartram, I am college educated, fucused, dedicated and a fast learner that would be an assett to my future employer. I am currently seeking employment that would offer me the oppertunity to use the knowledge I have aquired, and to gain more knowledge that will enable me to not only further my career but compliment my employer.

I have worked in the insurance industry since I graduated San Joaquine Valley College, completing the Dental Assistant course in 1988. I began processing medical and dental claims,then was cross trained as a Customer Service Specialist in a team enviorment. My responsibilities included procedures serving customer needs including calls regaurding policy restrictions/benefits, payments processed or pending, preauthorization for medical/ dental procedures, sending compisition and form letters to policy holders, hospitals,and

treatment providers. My skills also include micro fiche retrieval,apointment scheduling, data

entry alpha/numeric, ICD-9 and CPT code knowledge and under-

standing. The ability to adapt to the given situation to ensure a positive outcome. I have also worked for a third party administrator and done temporary jobs in doctors and dentists offices as well as in an emergengy room. I enjoy working with the public and representing my employer in a positive light by takeing care of thier customer needs and issues. I am very energetic and willing to go the extra mile to resolve and issue for a customer and ensure a positive outcome for the customer and represent my employer positivly.
