SELECTED CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS:

Coordinated the purchase of a competitors line of business out of bankruptcy. Negotiated favorable sales price with the US Trustees office and the end result was an increase of 25% in specific product line revenue within the first year of acquisition and the acquisition was a critical factor in an increase in total product revenue of more than 50% in just 3 years.

Assisted with negotiations and financing of the acquisition of a $2.1M software company utilizing a $1.5M purchase price loan and $500K working capital line of credit. Led team that grew the company by 67% (increase of $1.4M) in 3 years and sold the company satisfying the bank and providing the investors with a $900K profit on a deal that was zero money down for all parties involved including the bank and the investors.

Strategized with President of captive company to create a Management Buy Out plan. This plan allowed the President and his investors to buy out 80% of the ownership of the company, which provided the ownership group with $700K of gain on the sale (initial investment for ownership group was $0).

Reengineered operating process of subsidiary as companys CFO to increase productivity and profitability. Result was the reduction of cost reporting from the results of 1,500 employees from 2 months to 2 weeks.

Increased overall revenues approximately 35% on a comparative YTD basis for 2010 to 2011 and decreased the companies consolidated losses by approximately $578K over the same time period.

Spearheaded creation of Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization that had not posted a profit in five (5) years, which was running at a negative cash flow rate and was over-staffed. Instituted plan and within three (3) months the Company was profitable and accumulated over $1M in cash in approximately 14 months.

Negotiated new $3.5M line of credit for financially distressed company which replaced its old $3M line of credit (a $500K increase, or 17%), which allowed the company to continue to function.

Developed creative solution for cash flow deficit company to increase its working capital via negotiating with the primary customer of the company to pay for the work-in-process on an estimated basis during the week that the work was being performed. This resulted in increasing cash flow by approximately $200K and allowed enough cash on hand to keep up with payroll and trade creditors. As revenues grew the initial WIP advance was worked down and eliminated.
