Founder and Executive Director
- Established a youth-led non-profit that works to reinforce early childhood
education, raise student achievement, support teaching, and increase access to
information and communication technologies in poor areas of Argentina.
- Works alongside the board of directors to manage the organization.
Responsibilities include strategic planning, supporting fundraising efforts, and
supervising all monitoring and evaluation activities of the organization.
- Travels regularly to oversee work on-site and offer advice on implementation.

Program Associate, Education
- Conducts research for and writes regional reports ( report cards ) on the state
and progress of education in Latin America and works with expert research
centers across the region to produce similar reports at the national level.
- Designed a model to evaluate promising education policies in Latin America,
and currently manages the pilots of this model in four countries in the region.
