I am taking this Expressive Arts Therapy Certi cate Training Program as I aim to better

support personal and interpersonal growth of individuals and collectivities. Speci cally, I

intend to:

Grow as therapist whereas throughout a better understanding and appreciation of

integrating creative expression and imaginative process into my therapeutic practice, I

can offer a broader integrative approach to respond to individuals developmental

processes and need for transformation with a healing holistic approach: whereby

physical, emotional, energetic and creative and imaginative processes are taken into

wide consideration.

Incorporate to my application of yoga psychotherapeutic tools such as positive thinking

and meditation, expressive arts-based psychotherapeutic tools, which evoke and

respond to the individuals natural curiosity and passion to immerse themselves in

creativity and the exploration of psychological life.

Foster a quality of openness in individuals that seek guidances whereby they are able

to face up to themselves with insightful honesty, and are able to encourage and

facilitate this quality in their relationships.

Proposed Ph.D. at University of British Colombia, Interdisciplinary Studies, 2012-2014.

Concentration: Archetypical Psychology. Research Interests: Global Mental Health

Policy, Global Issues (Sustainability, Security and Social Justice), individual and

collective well-being consciousness. Dissertation: Transitional Justice. In other words,

human psyche-insight (whereas the soul included) as an answer to a global mental

health which is sustainable, secure and socially just.
