COMBAT CONDITIONING
BOXING 101
KICKBOXING 101
Combat Conditioning -- As much as the title sounds fight related it is more about training one's body using only body weight exercises.
Benefits
direct effect to one's core, which after all is the center of one's strength.
reach the muscles at a deeper level utilizing a greater use of balance and total muscle groups synchronization.
eliminate many potential training injuries which generally come through improper use of training equipment and weight(s).
can aid in curing many old sports/work related aches/injuries.
Boxing 101 -- This is a great class for either novices or professionals. The basics are taught in such a way that even experienced boxers are amazed at seeing the kinetics of "how and why it works" and thus how the application can and will improve one's skill set dramatically.
Kickboxing 101 -- Follows the training concept as Boxing 101 but with a kick.
