Fairpay Compensation and Benefits Surveys 2002 to present

Doing business as Nonprofit Compensation Associates, longtime colleague Rita Haronian and I produce Fairpay nonprofit organization compensation and benefits surveys for communities across the country. We are drawing on our combined 50+ years' of experience in producing such surveys, starting in 1978 with The Management Center's first Northern California survey.

Surveys completed to date include:

Central Florida (Orlando area)

Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership Center at Rollins College

2007, 2009, 2011, 2013

National

VisionServe Alliance, St. Louis

2010, 2012

Massachusetts and adjoining areas (compensation only)

Third Sector New England

2010

We can now produce an in-house mini-Fairpay compensation and benefits survey for national and regional nonprofits based on data submitted by your geographically dispersed offices or affiliates.

In 2010 we produced a member survey for VisionServe Alliance, a St. Louis-based national association of organizations that provide a diversity of services to people who are blind or severely visually impaired. We recently completed their 2012 survey.

In our Fairpay surveys, we use our own software application, along with a specially formatted questionnaire, to produce nonprofit organization compensation and benefits surveys with accurate and detailed data. We can now work with local sponsoring organizations to produce a survey for your local community or constituency.

Fair Pay - Northern California

Rita and I are co-producers of "Fair Pay for Northern California Nonprofits: The 2012 Compensation and Benefits Survey". With 402 participating organizations reporting on over 21,000 jobs, the survey report is among the most robust in the survey's 34-year history. We think it is the best survey of its kind in the country. We are currently working on the 2013 survey.
