Advanced small, grassroots non-profit organization into highly effective and visible community resource. Administrator for staff and volunteer recruits in daily operations, fundraising and special events. Moved organization from manual to fully automated/ computerized systems. Solicited, recovered and mobilized $5.2 million worth of food assistance through a regional network of 170 non-profit community programs annually. Achieved the number one rating in FL by Feeding America for pounds per person in poverty served and seventeenth in the country.

Increased the funding and the budget for the food bank from under $1millon to 9.9 million.
