Technical Skills:
Systems such as LAM Teres for CMP, AMAT CVD systems P-5000 and Centura (5200) applying both Universal and DXZ chambers are being used for the work Film properties such as thickness and uniformity were measured using KLA-Tencor Prometrix SM-300 metrology tool. Film Dielectric Constant was determined by the CV measurement technique ( SSM-490) at 1 Mhz on MOS structure. Fluorine content of the film was determined by using Perkin Elmer (PE-2000) tool. Refractive index and stress values using Metricon 2000 and Flexux 2320 respectively ! Thermal Desorption Spectroscopy ( TDS ) MTM-268 was also been used to determined the stability of our SIOF film.
