30 years of experience in new construction, capital projects, turnarounds, pipelining and plant maintenance. Experienced in turnaround planning, maintenance scheduling, construction planning, labor cost projecting, budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting weekly and monthly. Mundy Maintenance and Services, LLC. - 2008 to 2011 Contract Manager for the Mundy Co. had been over the maintenance contract at JX Nippon Chemical of Texas Inc. for 4 years. Had planned turnarounds, maintenance scheduling, planning and work assigning with Operations, Budgeted, reported labor cost on a weekly, monthly and quarterly bases to the CEO/President, plant manager, maintenance manager, engineers, to all unit managers and supervisors. Day to day duties included forecasting, time entry, payroll, safety coordinating, human resourcing, human relations and consulting. Supervised maintenance crafts performing maintenance services and repairs that involved I &E crews, Millwrights, Pipefitters, Welders, Boilermakers and Equipment Operators. Ensured that outside contractors perform maintenance activities safely and with the efficiency of the plant. .

Turner Industries Inc-2007 to 2007 Worked on several projects as supervisor for Turner Industries and at Nisseki Chemical of Texas Inc. Where my job was to establish a capitol projects piping and structural group. During this course of time I was assigned to the position of Site Superintendent by Turner and Nisseki Chemical to take charge of the maintenance contractor group. Later Nisseki Chemical became JX Nippon Chemical. Supervised all maintenance crafts performing maintenance services and repairs in the plant.

Jacobs Field Services-2005 to 2006 Having joined Jacobs as a Craft Supervisor in charge of six crews that consisted of two civil crews, a surveyor, a millwright, pipefitters and welders at B.P. Texas City to continue the underground firewater upgrades. Included removing and reinstalling steam turbines, electric motors, diesel drive engines that powered the firewater and service water pumps in pump houses throughout the plant.

S&B Constructors Inc.-2004 to 2004 Was the Pipe General Foreman assigned to the Shift Project. S&B was awarded the project to complete all upgrades on the underground firewater system throughout the plant. Replacing designated underground damaged concrete lined pipe, faulty valves or replacing underground fittings that leak. At the end of 2004 B.P announced that Jacobs would finish the firewater upgrades and that we would stay on to do the work.

S&B Constructors Inc.-2002 to 2003 Having been assigned to Cinergy Cogeneration Project Texas City for B.P as a Pipefitter Foreman to complete construction, commissioning and startup. Lead group in charge of closing out client packages on the steam turbines and associated piping

S&B Constructors Inc.-2000 to 2001 MAYA-II-Project-Shell Refinery Deer Park-Had been in charge of all heater upgrades as a Pipe Foreman with six pipe crews, erecting, welding pipe and associated pipe tie-ins at three distillation units.

S&B Constructors Inc.-1998 to 1999 Phenol III- Shell Refinery Deer Park-Was a Pipefitter Foreman on the new construction project. After completion of construction, I was asked to supervise the startup of the unit through Brown & Root.

Brown & Root-1999 to 2000 Phenol III Startup-Shell Refinery Deer Park- Having been a General Foreman created a team of eleven pipe crews averaging 78 craftsmen and helpers, four crews on nights with a general foreman and seven crews on days for startup. After a successful unit startup, S&B transferred the crews to Maya II Shell?s Distillation Project after being released from Brown & Root.

Occupational Skills

Trained as a technician to remove the catalyst from the columns, clean and reload the catalyst. Trained to install pipe stopples and do hot taps on process piping systems as a technician. An Excavation Competent Person with a Certification by Safety Shore Inc., possess NCCER Written, NCCER Plus and NCCER Instructor Certification as an Industrial Pipefitter.

Education History

Graduating from Taft High School in1970 and then attending Durham Business College in 1971 completed a course of Business Administration for Business Management. Attended Alvin Junior College in 1976 enrolled in a class to learn trigonometry and analytical geometry to assist me in pipe fabrication.
