PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Sr. Mentor for IT services, MPRI a division of L3 Communications

Sr. Mentor to Afghanistan National Army Chief of Communications (C4/S). Mr. Brady served as the principle Mentor to the CIO for Communication and Computer Services, Afghanistan National Army in Kabul, Afghanistan. This service included training for the Help Desk, System Administrations, Communications Officers, Secure Communications and Information Assurance. Mr. Brady was the chief technical advisor the Major General Mehrab Ali in all matters of IT Management and Operation. While during this assignment a MS based systems of over 5000 Client computers and dozens of Servers were implement throughout the country of Afghanistan for the Afghan Army.

ADPE/Help Desk technician. ITT Systems International

Currently solving client, network, and server problems for users in a large Microsoft Server 2003 Domain using Active Directory and Exchange 2003. The Help Desk is the first line of support to correct user computer problems. Mr. Brady worked as the senior technician at the Help Desk.

Senior Programmer Analyst, Health Net Inc., a major Health Care Insurer

Responsible for IT support for Electronic Membership Enrollment for employer groups. Systems Administration for Security Kernel on HP 3000 mainframes. Responsible for Electronic Data Interface for claims and encounters. Mr. Brady served as level II helpdesk support for Image Retrieval.

Engineering Department Manager, GTE Government Communication Systems.

Served as the engineering manager for a staff of 83 Systems and Software Engineers. The Engineering Department was responsible for engineering support for programs for USSPACECOM at Peterson AFB, Cheyenne Mountain Air Station, and DEA. Mr. Brady provided management, leadership and technical oversight of systems, software development, systems integration, systems acceptance test for the NUCIC program. Mr. Brady was a major technical contributor to proposal teams. Systems were based on UNIX workstations and servers.

The NUCIC system was required to interface with existing DOD WANs, LANs, using DODIIS standards and COTS products. The system was also required to meet elements of multi-level security for its message traffic and E-mail distribution. The system implemented a standard office automation software suite for word processing, spreadsheet, database, and E-mail applications. Mr. Brady's technical leadership directly contributed to the increase in Award Fee from 54% to 94%. Mr. Brady personally contributed to the system integration and test, installation, and transition to operations.

Program Manager, Systems Software Development, GE Aerospace

Program Manager for Systems Software for SSN-21 Seawolf Submarine Combat Control System. This was a $1.5B program. Mr. Brady had WBS responsibility $155M for systems software. The system that consists of 1.2M SLOC of Ada & C code on MVME 141 680x0 SEM-D hardened hardware under a UNIX based custom kernel (Verdix) networked on a 40Mbit

token ring Fiber Optic network. Responsibilities included being chairman of the Configuration Management and Control board.

Manager, Engineering Systems, GE Aerospace

Manager of Engineering for Classic Centerboard, a Navy world wide HFDF System. This

system consists of 300k SLOC of FORTRAN & Assembly (subsequent conversion to

Ada & Assembly) on VAX 8550 and processors under VMS and RT-11 connected with

10baseT Ethernet and TCP/IP & DECNET software. Engineering Manager for a team of 35 engineers.

Manager, Software Engineering, GE Aerospace (RCA Aerospace and Defense Corp)

Manager of a 46 member engineering team responsible for software development of a system for the Government of Israel that provided ELINT, COMINT and SIGINT from multiple lighter than air platforms. This system consisted of 260k SLOC of FORTRAN & Assembly on Concurrent (Perkin-Elmer) computers, DEC LSI 11/23 and Intel 286 processors under OS-32, RT-11, & CPM connected with 10baseT Ethernet.

Unit Manager, Software Engineering, GE Aerospace (RCA Aerospace and Defense Corp)

Mr. Brady was Unit Manager on the software development team for Maroon Archer, ABSAP, Watchmate and Sancho Programs. These systems where support for COMINT, ELINT and SIGINT for DOD. Real time signals collection systems written in FORTRAN and Assembly running on Data General Eclipse C330, SEL (Gould) MP 6700 Processors and DEC LSI 11/23s running under RDOS, AOS, MPX and RT-11

Mr. Brady was a successful computer systems consultant to a diverse clientele to include:

U. S. Environmental Protection Agency - systems engineering and development for data collection systems and statistical analysis of water quality.

University of California, Irvine Medical Center - Design and implementation of a real time data acquisition and analysis system for Cardio-Pulmonary data collected from patients under pre-programmed stress.

California Collection Center - Specification and design of an on -line/interactive accounts receivable collection management system.

Troy Computer Products - Design and implementation of a Micro-Check printing system

for Lloyds Bank of London.

St. Benedicts Hospital - Design and implementation of Alpha A/R ledger collated from off-line multi-volume disk packs.

Computer Services Manager, Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital (University Hospital)

Mr. Brady was responsible for overall MIS function that included an IBM 370/125 system.

Accomplishments include bringing HCSS on-line with 3270 terminals under DOS/VS and

CICS; Design and development of an on-line Time and Attendance System.

Responsibilities included design and development of software in COBOL.

Project Manager, Information General, Inc.

Mr. Brady was the Project Manager for Specification, Design and Implementation of an on-line financial system for Canyon General Hospital. Responsibilities include software design and development of Software written in Business Basic. The system uses 12 Data General Nova 820 in a distributed computer network.

Data Processing Manager, Utah Valley Hospital, Provo, Utah (Intermountain Health Care)

Mr. Brady was responsible for the MIS systems at Utah Valley Hospital, operating the financial and blood bank systems in batch mode on an IBM 1130 computer. Responsibility included software development and maintenance.

Programmer, Central Telephone Co. (Sprint)

Mr. Brady was responsible for design and implementation of systems to automate the traffic department for Central Telephone. Programs were written in FORTRAN and ran by time sharing on the Stanford University IBM 360/67. Accomplishments include the building of a forecasting model for projecting future telephone lines and trunk requirements.
