system and highly optimized network utilizing Avaya's VOIP failover PBX servers and gateways.

as well as 70% reduction of physical servers during 18 months phased rollout.

> Standardized on HPs Lefthand iSCSI technology for SAN replication and WAN efficiency, working closely with vendor to

ensure successful rollout.

> Completed project under budget and 45 days ahead of schedule, reducing global data centers from 5 to 2 and actual

physical server count by 85%. Reduced operating cost by 260K due to decrease of space footprint, environmental

efficiencies and server maintenance contracts.

*** Business Continuity: Gained senior leadership buy-in for a business continuity plan that met dual objectives, after providing

a comprehensive business case with detailed BIA. Lead the development, management and execution of the corporate business

continuity and resiliency.

> Achieved corporate goal for viable business continuity plan to redistribute resources on-demand without users and

Designed and implemented load balanced redundant Exchange (CAS, DB) servers in multiple locations to improve messaging
