Personal Aide/Staff Supervisor (Iraq) 2006-2008 Coordinated, contracted, and assisted in all the social events between local provincial leaders, governors, and generals hosted by the Commanding General, First Cavalry Division, Iraq. Personal Aide to the Commander, First Cavalry Division. Supervised, in a combat zone, the well being, accountability, and human resources needs of 50 military and civilian personnel of the Commanding Generals staff. Estate Manager/Personal Chef (Washington, D.C.) 2004-2006 Planned and prepared formal meals and social events hosted by the Commanding General, Military District of Washington, for Congressional Staffers and government leaders. Managed an estate on the Department of Interiors historical list; overlooked the restoration and improvement projects of this 100+ year old residence. Managed a $35K annual operation and maintenance budget, consistently coming in under budget.
Estate Manager/Executive Chef/ Commanders Mess Manager(Bosnia) 2003-2004 Managed a personnel staff of 4. Served as Executive Chef for the Commander. Prepared all official meals for the Stabilization Force, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina to include visits by the Secretary-General of NATO and Secretary of European Union. Managed the official residence and Commanders Mess; planned, designed, and overlooked the on-budget restoration and improvement project of the Commanders Mess with a $45K value.
