Patrick Crimmins 10/7/03 5134 Olive Drive Concord CA 94521 To whom it may concern, I am

writing you in hopes that my background and experience may be of service to you. I have

been in the field of Information Technology for over 7 years and have a strong

understanding of network systems. I started my technology career as a help desk engineer

and continued onto Desktop, Server support and finally a NOC Engineer in a 24 X 7 Network

environment, monitoring and troubleshooting Frame-Relay and ATM Technologies. I have had

the opportunity of being part of an 8 member team which converted a network consisting of

40 sites both National and International from Frame-Relay to ATM working closely with

Desktop, Server and Application support and successfully completed the conversion in 4

months which was ahead of schedule by 2 months. The network efficiency increased

productivity by 35%. I am also skilled in using network support tools such as HP OpenView,

CiscoWorks 2000, Lucent Vital Suites and Shomitti Surveyor. If my qualifications and

experience are what you are looking for, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss any

possible or future positions with your organization. I can be reached at 415-***-****.

Sincerely, Patrick Crimmins
