characterization, waste certification, and waste shipping functions.
Developed and implemented original low level detection project plans, procedures, and
work instructions, including the interface agreement with Bechtel BWXT Idaho, North Wind
Inc., and subcontractors, as well as some subsequent revisions in accordance with
Treatment and Disposal Facility Waste Acceptance Plans and Criteria, i.e., Energy
Solutions, Nevada Test Site, Permafix.
Served as primary coordinator, researcher, and writer of Waste Characterization Summary
for LLW, MLLW and Newly Generated Waste Report No. RPT-LLW-12 integrated and resolved
technical comments from subject matter experts from various disciplines and
subcontractors.
Audits and Assessments
Fielded audits and assessments by Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Nevada Test Site
(NTS), Department of Transportation (DOT), DOE, contractors and suppliers.
