Description:
The Morgan Stanley Smith Barney 3D application is a one stop
platform formed to serve the needs of both Global Financial firms
Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney. This platform is used by all GWMG
(Global wealth management) users i.e FA (Financial Advisors), Branch
managers, Regional officers, operations, Support staff. The objective
of the Framework is to provide an integration point for applications,
streamline the workflow among these applications, and reduce
inefficiencies experienced in current business process.

Cramer we are creating different types of RFS and CFS services and

In sunrise project we are using Cramer 6 tool which is an Inventory
Management System.

3. PROJECT TITLE: SPAIN (Service provider access interface)
Description:
Telef nica O2 Germany is a leading provider of broadband and
telecommunications in Germany. O2 has collaborations with Service
providers and branded sales partners. SPAIN connects third party with
O2 system stack for provisioning. The main purpose of SPAIN is to
manage orders which contain un- personalized data of the end user and
ensure the orders submitted by the third party reach the provisioning
system. SPAIN functionality includes validation of orders i.e.
checking formats, integrity, product eligibility rules. In addition
SPAIN also provides some back office CRM functionalities like viewing
order information, usage information for pre-paid subscription,
resending orders that have error or failed in transit or performing,
reconciliation, preparing reports. SPAIN is an application which has
been modeled only for Wireless market and only deals with orders for
mobile services.

4. PROJECT TITLE: Internet Front End (IFE) Commercial
Description:
Internet Front End (IFE) Commercial Release 3.3.1: IFE
commercial is a mature and strategic commercial internet banking
platform. This product is now being delivered to countries across
Emerging Markets (EM) Innovative quality measures like early product
walkthroughs, factory Testing helped to ensure that IFE Commercial
3.3.1 is a high- quality, Cost effective product with rich
functionalities. Functionalities included in this product are
Payments, Services, Service request, Term Deposit, Sweeping order,
Standing instruction, Trade Services. Creating all the services in IFE
and checking the interfaces with FCC and FCR. Creating CASA accounts
and putting amount blocks against the particular account, creating
product definition for Standing instruction and Term deposits, Trade
services modules like Letter of credit and Bank guarantee etc. Once
the payment transaction, Fixed deposit transaction, Letter of credit
transaction is completed in IFE then check the transaction in
Flexcube. Perform Data validation of the transactions on various
flexcube screens. Currency parameterization was also maintained in
flexcube so that inter currency transactions can be validated. We
successfully implemented this product for Indonesia and Uganda.

5. PROJECT TITLE: Singapore Data center migration project
Description:
This project is about data center relocation from South Africa
to Singapore and while relocating, Testing all applications
connectivity and functioning. The applications tested in this project
are FCC, FCR, TSM, DM, IFE.
Credit Risk program
Transact SM is a highly configurable and flexible, client/ Server and
web software application designed to originate Loans and Credit card
application. Transact SM has a high degree of flexibility and acts as
an interface with the Core Banking system. Here Credit policies and
procedures are defined and accordingly logics are set.
Debt manager is a highly configurable and flexible, client/ Server and
web software application designed to address the entire spectrum of
requirements for all phases of the distressed debt life cycle:
Collections, recoveries, asset management, asset disposal, residual
balance recovery, litigation and bankruptcy. Debt manager is ideal for
organizations with multiple product and risk portfolios, rapidly
changing organizational hierarchies and dynamic business models. The
software is capable of managing millions of accounts with thousands of
concurrent users operating at a single or multiple sites. After
creating the services, checking the interfaces with FCC and FCR.
Perform Data validation of the transactions on various flexcube
screens.

6. PROJECT TITLE: Discover Financial Services.
Client: Discover
Description:
Discover Financial Services is a business segment of Morgan
Stanley which is best known for operating DISCOVER brand credit card,
used by over 50 million members at about 4 million retail and cash
outlets.
E-commerce team: I was involved in doing UAT for customer portal for
Discover card. I have done UAT for both Secured and non-secured logins
for Account center of Discover card. I have done functional testing
and production validation for the Public site redesign project. This
project is about complete redesigning of the Discover web site. I have
done complete web testing for non-secured pages.
It also deals with the clearing and settlement done for the
transactions done by the customers. We check the correct data is
reflected in 'Magic' application. We raise defects in Quality center
if we find any discrepancies in the data.

Falcon uncovers credit and debit card fraud, exposing
transactions on lost, stolen, intercepted, and counterfeit cards. FFM
also provides customizable response options, allowing rapid action to
prevent fraudulent transactions on flagged accounts. To provide these
capabilities, FFM combines advanced database technology, statistical
algorithms, expert systems, and Fair Isaac's proprietary neural
network. It employs complex models of fraudulent behavior together
with profiles of individual card use.

8. PROJECT TITLE: Net Tangible Benefits Modification (NTBM1)
Client: HSBC
Description:
Testing the validation for the project by making test bed on
vision application and executing on Quality center which is software
of HSBC similar to Test director. Net tangible benefit (NTB) is a
benefit that a customer must get when he refinances the external or
internal loan. Internal loan refer to the loan when the customer
refinances the loan from the same bank as earlier to pay its prior
loan outstanding. While external loan refer to the loan refinanced
from other bank as compared to previous bank to pay its outstanding
balance. But from the refinance the customer must get some benefits
which termed as a net tangible benefit. So we have to validate
different scenario at NTB window displayed at different steps in
vision plus application and confirm it as a pass and fail by checking
whether all conditions as per validations are met or not.

Mortgage Serv is the mortgage and home equity line of credit
loan servicing system from Fiserv. Mortgage Serv is a fully
integrated, Web-centric, real-time mortgage servicing solution.
Mortgage Servicing begins as soon as 'Loan Closing' gets over. The
Mortgage Serv solution integrates with other products to provide an
end-to-end mortgage servicing solution that will help to analyze risk,
Assess profitability, and Warehousing data. Back-up and archive
documents, Manage customer contact.
Mortgage Functional Security operates behind the scenes in Mortgage
Serv to ensure the integrity of servicing data. Mortgage Serv
generates a variety of reports designed to help the System
Administrators, Auditors and Managers monitor and modify system
access.
