Some Key Accomplishments:

Sourced/hired an average of 12 new associates per month, emphasizing better

part-time/full-time mix and high-potential candidates. Retention increased substantially

and minority/female representation in leadership roles increased by 600%.

Helped increase 401K participation rate from 37% to 55% and training curriculum from 70%

to 94% YTD, while cutting average and effective wages by almost 10%.
