1. Supervised operations for approximately 120 producing wells in the East Texas Oil Field (3600’ vertical rod pump wells)

2. Coordinated data acquisition ranging from daily lease production, well tests, and injection performance for submittal to Houston office

3. Brought on and managed 13 high pressure water injection wells as part of new waterflood startup operations
