• Provide secretarial services for the Project Manager and project engineers and discipline

groups.

• Responsible for formatting all documents using the template (datasheets, SOW, Specs, etc)

• Responsible for submitting all documents to DocMaster for distribution. (Hard copy/PDF

copies).

• Created a database to keep up with all the datasheets that were being submitted to

DocMaster for each discipline. (Excel).

• Develop a database (Excel) for all the Scope of Work/Datasheets that had already been sent

to Document Control for Distribution to the Vendor.

• We used (DocMaster) to search for files and print from Document Control.

• Responsible for ensuring the timely turnaround of documents and regularly reporting to the

work teams the status of outstanding documents (DocMaster) through the direction

• Responsible for Squad Checks – Doc. Control would bring me the folder for the disciplines to

review and it was up to me to get the Folder to the Squad Table – they only had five days to

review.

• After five days, I would hand over the folders to the individual discipline to review and

comments and sign.

• Designed a spreadsheet in order to be able to manage the Squad Table because we receive

so many folders and no one knew where they were or who had them last. Once I created the

spreadsheet the client was so happy that they ask me to explain to them what each of my

columns meant – (it was only for my use at the time; then the client liked it so much that they

now use it for their weekly meetings.

Document Control - supporting the EPC 2 Topsides for Marine Well Containment Company.

The MWCS Project is a joint industry effort to develop a rapid response system that will be

available to capture and contain oil in the event of a potential future underwater well blowout

in the deep water Gulf of Mexico.

• Maintain a filing system and record copies of project or departmental documents such as:

engineering design, procurement and supplier documents, manuals and procedures,

communications, or any other department-specific materials.

• Assists in developing, establishing, and implementing administrative and clerical procedures
