General Administration Job Responsibility > Recruitment o Handling Pre-recruitment and Post-recruitment activities. o Collecting CVs from all sources and maintaining data bank. o Coordination with all departments for manpower requirement. o Recruitment of manpower as per the requirement. o Scheduling & organizing interviews as per the convenience of the employees and candidates. o Coordinating with Colleges for conducting campus interviews. o Preparation & issue of Offer letters. o Handle new joinee's records & updating and Preparation of Recruitment Reports. > Joining & Exit formalities o Handling the Joining formalities of new employees. o Verification of credentials / documents of the new joinees. o Reference check for new joining candidates. o Induction of the new joinees. o Taking Exit Interviews of the resigned employees. o Taking care of relieving & settlement procedure. o Preparation of No dues forms. > Attendance & Leave Management o Calculation of Leaves. o Maintaining the Leave and Compensatory Off records. o Maintaining absenteeism details. o Implementation of Leave policies. o Preparation of Monthly attendance of the regular and contract employees. > Statutory Compliances o Maintaining Daily/Weekly/Monthly contract labor manpower reports. o ESI registration for new employees & Issuing medical treatment applications. o Issuing Gate Passes to contract employees and visitors. > Other Activities o Preparation of Payroll Reports for 1200 employees in MS-Excel and Sage pocket (Payroll Software). o Preparation of Job Description/ Roles & Responsibilities of employees with the co-ordination of HODs o Maintaining the data bank of all employees. o Maintaining and updating the manpower organization charts o Preparation of Appointment Letters o Handling confirmation, increments, and several other HR functions o Preparation of Probationary clearance letters and Confirmation letters o Maintaining the personal files of the employees o Experience in Time Office functions o Arrange & issuing different kinds of letters for account Opening, Address Proof, etc. o Assisting in Performance appraisals. o To maintain employee master data files and updating. o Responsible for Admin and security co-ordination.
