qualifications I started working as a concrete laborer as a summer job. That job became

more permanent and I became a journeyman cement mason through the

OP&CM local 97. I have experienced all phases of concrete construction:

running crews as foreman, setting up forms, installing reinforcing steel, and

placing concrete (light weight 3000 psi to heavy weight high density). I have

experience as a field operating manager running a crew of about 200 men. I

have been an estimator / project manager, and have been the Sr. Estimator. I

have hired, trained, and managed estimators. I have been a Police Officer

responsible for the entire law enforcement requirement on the assigned patrol

area, for generating reports and interviewing witnesses and suspects, as well

as testifying in court. I have been involved in hiring and training people from all

walks of life as cement mason, police officer and pastor for thirty years
