centralize the data entry of the standard healthcare claim forms HCFA,
UB from over 50 business units to reduce costs. Helped reduce over
$12.5K / in each business unit on a monthly basis
. Redesign of an old legacy system used for Allstate claims processing
in Marietta, GA bringing in total revenue of $12M/year which was using
older version of the enterprise product to a newer version and cutting
edge technologies. This helped the business unit execute the
transactions more efficiently, better monitoring of inventory and also
find resources to help manage the production during transitions.
FY2006-2007
. Redesign of an ACS mailroom system used by the US Dept. of Education
and office of Federal Student aid for processing student loans in
Greenville, TX that brought in over $10M in annual revenues to the
company. The redesign used the OCR technologies to read the student
applications and extract data from the forms which helped reduce
$65K/month in salaries and helped boost the quality of the data.
. Helped MetLife business unit to improve quality of the data in the
mailroom by the design of lookups services hosted on ACS or customer
end.
FY2007-2009
. Redesign of an ACS mailroom system used by the Hartford Disability for
processing workers compensation claim forms that brought in over $12M
in annual revenues to the company. The redesign used both the OCR and
OnePass technologies to read the HCFA and UB standard forms which
helped reduce $35K/month in salaries and helped boost the quality of
the data.
. Centralized the financial reporting Designed and developed a web tool
for the financial controllers to report the revenues
