Hello, this is Joaquin Fermin a student from Monroe College. I want to take the opportunity to apply for the position Help Desk Tech Support as an entry level. I’m looking get more experience, span my career and further my education in the future. In this company, I see that it can be possible because it deals with system and networks related to my career. As my skills and technical level Monroe College helped gotten my bachelor degree in Computer Information System, and some of the technical courses have open my understanding to operate in the IT field and business technology. I am prepared with several networking and programming courses, plus hand on experience internship at City of Yonkers with the MIS Department. In there, I learned the basic steps to relate issues concerning user desktop and settings to install different software. During the college experience, I became passionate with networks, and so I know is the area where I want to build my career.
