Very successfully organised the visits

of VIP visitors/ delegations on goodwill

mission to India which included Former

Minister, Parliamentarian, Chief Justice,

Moved several times along with the

Cultural Troupes/ VIP delegations for

their visit to various parts of India for

better co ordination of their

programme/visit in India as liaison

officer.

Foreign students play a very important

role in the activities of ICCR. Every

year Govt. of India provides a good

number of scholarship to the students from

the various countries of the world. Apart

from looking after their admission/

scholarship, welfare, etc, organised many

International students camps for the

benefit of foreign students studying in

India, during summer, at most of the

Hill stations and during winter mostly

places of Historical importance in India.

The demand amongst the students are very

high for joining the camps. During my

posting at Lucknow as Regional Director,

ICCR as well in Kolkata as Programme

Director, developed very cordial relations

with the University authorities in order

to extend due services to the students so

that they never feel inconvenience.

During 1994 visited as Liaison Officer to

COUNTRIES VISITED Egypt and Isreal to co- ordinate the visit

and performance of 30- member Indian

Cultural Troupe.

During 2007 visited SEOUL and other

parts of SOUTH KOREA as Liaison Officer to

co - ordinate the visit and performance

of 17 - member Indian cultural troupe.
